We continue to navigate the interior of the tower.
Eventually we enter a library, there are windows. The Spire is not visible through the windows, so we are likely in another location.
Marble statue at a dais read a book. It isn't a clear if it's a statue or a being. The statue is covered in ruins. It is called Graven.

“Even before the world existed, the Galchutt were. The foulest of demons, the darkest of gods, these beings were masters of destruction, chaos, and oblivion. They had no interest in the small concerns of lesser demons, such as pain, misery, temptation, lust, and so on. They sought the apocalyptic end of all that is, everything beyond the boundaries of Praemal. Of all worlds that exist, all worlds that will exist, and all the spaces in between. The Lords of Chaos destroyed one world after another, their foul touch causing entire planes to crumble. Finally, the god Praemus saw that one day they would succeed at destroying all of creation. So he forged a plan. He crafted a world as hardy as he could fashion, and then waited for the Galchutt to appear. This world, Praemal, was in fact a trap. The Lords of Chaos found themselves caged in this prison-disguised-as-a-mortal-world—and they were not pleased.
Kept from the wanton destruction and multiversal corruption they desired, they focused their energies on trying to slip the bonds that trapped them here and kept this world from being destroyed by their formidable power. First, the Galchutt sought to corrupt the wardens of their new prison. To a few, they granted great personal power. These they named the Vested of the Galchutt, for they were invested with the Lords of Chaos’ own essence. These first Vested were called Baalhazor, Gorgoth-Lol, Mrathrach, Thoggidrum, and Vladaam. Many times throughout the ages the Galchutt have attempted to wrest free of their bonds on Praemal. Some of the attempts came close to succeeding but were either thwarted by heroes of the world or sabotaged by the very nature of their evil and chaotic natures.
The closest the Galchutt came to breaking free of their prison was during a rare alignment of the moons of Praemal. Using the concentrated energies generated by the convergence of these celestial bodies, the culmination of a centuries-long plot weakened the bonds holding the Galchutt in their prison. On the verge of escape the gods descended from their lofty perches to Praemal to prevent the Galchutt from escaping. A great war was waged on the surface of Praemal. Legions of good and evil clashed in catastrophic battles all over the planet. In the end, the Galchutt remained trapped. But a great price was paid by the armies of heaven. Scores of angels, solars, archons, and others fell. The most notable loss was Ardaen, The God of Light who fell in battle with Gorgoth-Lol (AKA: Lolth), one of the original Vested of the Galchutt.”
